I began baking in search of something more than just a flavor. I was chasing a memory, a feeling from my childhood that reminded me of home, warmth, and joy. It wasn’t something I could find in any shop. It had to be created, by hand, with care.

My aunt, a trained baker, was my first inspiration. I can still picture her in the kitchen, sunlight streaming through the window, the scent of vanilla and butter filling the air. There was a certain magic in how she turned the simplest ingredients into something beautiful. Her cakes didn’t just taste incredible. They made people feel special, brought them together, and turned an ordinary day into something to remember.
That’s the heart of what I do today. Every cake I bake is crafted with that same care and intention. A little indulgence. A little comfort. A taste of home, lovingly shared with you.
